Dr. Krishna Chaitanya Maturi is an accomplished researcher and academic specializing in biomass conversion, waste-to-energy, solid waste management, water quality, and bioplastic degradation. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech from IIT Guwahati and a B.Tech from JNTU Kakinada. His professional experience includes working as a Research Associate at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, for 9 months, followed by a tenure as Project Scientist II at IIT Roorkee for 7 months. He has a strong publication record, with 11 research articles in reputed international journals and 4 Scopus-indexed book chapters, alongside active participation in various international conferences. Dr. Maturi has been recognized for his contributions to research and has received the International Travel Grant from DST-SERB, India. Additionally, he was selected as a Visiting Research Fellow at Polytechnique Montréal University, Canada, further strengthening his international research collaborations. With a passion for sustainable solutions and environmental innovation, Dr. Maturi continues to contribute significantly to the fields of waste management and renewable energy.
