The program aims to provide in-depth knowledge of multi-modal transport operations, by building a strong foundation in theories, methods and tools needed to design, manage, coordination of the different modes of transport and optimize multi modal transport systems, thereby supporting the growth of international trade and enhancing the efficiency of global supply chains.

Students are offered specialized courses in areas such as Multi-Modal Transportation Management; Multi-Modal Transportation Economics; Multi-Modal Transportation People Management; Multi-Modal Transportation Pricing and Financing; Cargo and Container Handling Management; Multi-Modal Transportation Engineering; Multi-Modal Transportation Infrastructure Planning and Development; International Trade and Commerce & Multi-Modal Transportation System Safety and Reliability to develop an interdisciplinary perspective.

Admission process

ELIGIBILITY

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects, with at least 60% marks or at least 6.5/10 Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). (50% marks or at least 5.5/10 CGPA/CPI for the reserved category candidates).
Candidates admitted in this category shall be a full-time employee with minimum two years of work experience and sponsored by Industry, R&D organisations, Laboratories, NGOs, and Banking Institutions.
Reservation as per the Govt. of India norms.

ENTRANCE

Stage 1: GSV Entrance Test (initial screening).
Stage 2: Personal Interview (for candidates shortlisted from the Entrance Test).
Final merit: Entrance Test (50%) + Personal Interview (50%).
