Applications are invited from Retired/ Retiring Govt. Officials at the level of Under Secretary/ Section Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer / Assistant Store Officer or equivalent from Govt. of India, or other Autonomous Bodies under the Central Government/ University (Pay Level 7 to 10), for engagement as Consultant.
The engagement will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of 01 years which can be extended for 2 more years or till the incumbent turns 64 years, whichever is earlier, subject to requirement and after review of satisfactory work performance based on functional need, at a consolidated remuneration as per details given below:

As per the prescribed guidelines mentioned in Office Memorandum of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure vide F.No.3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020 as amended from time to time. |
Eligibility: Retired/ Retiring Govt. Officials at the level of Section Officer/ Assistant Account Officer or equivalent from Govt. of India, or other Autonomous Bodies under the Central Government.
Qualification: Graduate (in any discipline)
Experience: Experience of handling Finance Proposals, Preparation of Final Accounts, preparation and passing of Salary bills, Contract bills etc., proficient in dealing with contractual matters w.r.t. GFR, Stores and other GOI guidelines, should be aware of GST, I.Tax, NPS, P.Tax etc., Knowledge of MIS and accounting software. |
Not above 62 years However, a person who is already working/ worked in any Government office (after retirement) in similar jobs, can be considered as a special case (if no person in the 62 age bracket is available). |
| Consultant Purchase & Stores |
Eligibility: Retired/ Retiring Govt. Officials at the level of Section Officer/ Assistant Account Officer or equivalent from Govt. of India, or other Autonomous Bodies under the Central Government.
Qualification: Graduate (in any discipline)
Experience: Good knowledge in Purchase and Stores Management. Hands on experience in stores matters for over 5 years including handling GeM procurement, CPPP, public tenders and acquainted with GFR. |

NOTE:
- Please note that this is purely a temporary engagement and appearance in the Interview and selection thereafter, does not entitle for any claim what-so-ever for permanency on the regular establishment of GSV.

- Candidates must produce the original certificates/documents in support of Educational Qualification (both Academic/ Professional) and also work experience at the time of Interview/Joining, if selected.
- If any information is found false/incorrect at any stage, the candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled.
