GSV Signs MOU with Chetak Foundation

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya signed an MoU with Chetak Foundation on 20/03/2023 to promote education and skill development among students. Chetak Foundation, based in Delhi, is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Chetak Group, a leader in logistics in India. With this MOU, Chetak Foundation has associated with GSV to work in the following areas:

  1. Institution of a Scholarship for ONE Girl student preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain domain.
  2. Placement and Internship to GSV Students
  3. Associating in Research Projects
  4. Providing Research Inputs.

The MOU was signed by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor-GSV, Prof. Manoj Choudhary and Head & Director, Governing Board -Chetak Foundation, Mr. Arun Arora in the august presence Mr. Sachin Haritash, Director-Chetak Group; and Deans, Registrar, PDs & Officers of GSV at Vadodara.



Dr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Assistant professor, GSV featured among the top 2% of scientists in a global list compiled by Stanford University

Dr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, who recently joined GSV’s School of Engineering & Applied Science as Assistant Professor, has been featured among the top two percent of scientists in a global list compiled by the prestigious Standford University. Stanford University, USA, compiles this exhaustive list of over 1,50,000 persons, with nearly 1,500 scientists, doctors, and engineers in India, annually. Dr. Sharma’s primary research focus is on the Dynamics of Rail Vehicle and Vibration Mitigation. Apart from this, he is also interested in Structural Dynamics and Control.
