Only guests approved by the university (e.g., visiting faculty, examiners, dignitaries, officials, etc.) are eligible.
Submit a booking request via an official form (Annexure 1) or email to guest.house@gsv.ac.in at least 5 working days in advance. Provide necessary details (name, designation, purpose, dates, sponsoring department) (Annexure 1)
Booking is approved by the Registrar/Joint Registrar/Faculty in charge Guest House. Booking priority will be given to university official guests.
A booking confirmation email/letter is issued to the concerned official. Room allocation details will be entered in the guest house register/software.
