Accessing GSV Internal Network from Outside Campus
Step 1: Install Root Certificate in Trusted Root CA (Windows)
1. Unzip and locate the certificate file (.cer or .crt) on your machine.
2. Right-click the certificate file and select Install Certificate.
3. Select Local Machine (recommended) and click Next.
Note: Administrative access rights are required to proceed.
4. Choose Place all certificates in the following store.
5. Click Browse and explicitly select Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
6. Click OK, then click Next, and finally click Finish.
7. When prompted by the security warning, click Yes to confirm the installation.
Step 2: Connect to GlobalProtect VPN
Option 1: Download & Install GlobalProtect (First-time Setup)
1. Open a web browser of your choice.
2. Navigate to the secure portal URL: https://137.59.92.122
3. Log in using your assigned enterprise username and password.
4. Download the appropriate GlobalProtect application installer for your Operating System (Windows or macOS).
5. Run the downloaded installer file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Option 2: Connect to the VPN Network
1. Ensure your device is actively connected to the internet.
2. Open the newly installed GlobalProtect application on your device.
3. Enter the exact portal address in the provided input field: 137.59.92.122
4. Click the Connect button.
5. When prompted, securely enter your username and password credentials.
6. Wait patiently until the application status explicitly updates to Connected.
Verification of Connection
• Verify that the application status explicitly displays Connected.
• Confirm that your access to internal company network infrastructure and resources is working properly.
Disconnecting from the Network
1. Open the GlobalProtect application interface.
2. Click the Disconnect button to securely terminate your active session.
