GSV was honoured to host Hon'ble MoS for Railways and Jal Shakti Shri V. Somanna Ji

Hon’ble Minister of state for Railways and Jal Shakti Shri V. Somanna Ji visited Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya on October 10, 2025.

He received a warm welcome following which he was briefed on GSV’s progress since its inception in December 2022 by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor

Prof. Manoj Choudhary.

The minister highly praised the rapid growth GSV has shown in limited time of its existence. He further encouraged the university to keep progressing in this direction and laid special emphasis to contribute strongly to the railway sector as it is a crucial transport sector
