GSV Hosts Strategic Management Programme-II for Indian Railways SAG Officers

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara, commenced the Strategic Management Programme-II (SMP-II) for 10 Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) officers of Indian Railways, being conducted from September 7–11, 2026.

Prof. Pradeep Kumar Garg, Programme Director and Dean Executive and Continuing Education, highlighted GSV’s mandate to deliver customised executive programmes for government, PSUs and industry, integrating contemporary technologies with sector-specific learning.

Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Choudhary, PhD, Vice-Chancellor, GSV, emphasised that leadership is the catalyst for transformation. He urged the officers to continuously update their knowledge, enabling them to respond effectively to the evolving needs and challenges of Indian Railways.

Dr. Birudula Anil kumar, Programme Coordinator, concluded the session with an overview of the programme, outlining its key objectives, themes and learning modules.
