Strategic Management Program (SMP - II) for SAG Officers

Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) officers, being key decision-makers, require strong strategic management, leadership, and managerial capabilities to drive organizational transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and align institutional objectives with long-term strategic goals. The One-Week Strategic Management Program (SMP) is designed to enhance managerial, leadership, and strategic competencies required for higher administrative responsibilities in the evolving railway ecosystem. 

• Position Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) as a national leader in strategic capacity building for the transportation and logistics sector.
• Strengthen institutional collaboration with Indian Railways and allied organizations through executive education and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Enhance GSV's reputation as a centre of excellence in policy advisory, applied research, and executive training.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange, innovation, and industry–academia partnerships to address emerging challenges in the transportation ecosystem.
• Contribute to the modernization, operational efficiency, and sustainable development of the transportation, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
